By downloading or using Noeta ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Noeta is a personal notebook that helps you record and make sense of your relationships, including AI-assisted insights. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You may use the app without an account. If you create one (Sign in with Apple or phone number), you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and account secure.
You retain ownership of the notes and content you create. Noeta stores them on your device, not in a Noeta content cloud. You grant us a limited license to transmit and process only the context needed when you invoke an AI feature. You are responsible for the content you record and for having the right to record it.
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, or record or upload unlawful content. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
AI features produce suggestions and interpretations that may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for your reference only and are not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Use your own judgment.
The app and its content (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

你对自己创建的记录与内容保留所有权。Noeta 将内容保存在你的设备上，不建立 Noeta 内容云。你仅在主动使用 AI 功能时，授权我们传输并处理完成该次功能所需的上下文。你需对所记录的内容负责，并确保你有权记录这些内容。
请勿利用本应用违反法律、侵犯他人权利，或记录/上传违法内容。请勿试图破坏、滥用或逆向工程本服务。
AI 功能产生的建议与解读可能不准确或不完整，仅供参考，不构成专业、法律、医疗或心理建议。请自行判断。
本应用及其内容（不含你的内容）归我们或我们的许可方所有，受相关法律保护。
本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。我们不保证服务不中断、无错误，或 AI 输出准确无误。
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本应用而产生的间接、附带或后果性损害，我们不承担责任。
你可随时停止使用本应用。若你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。
我们可能更新本条款，并会修改上方生效日期。继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
